Drew founded 33 Realty in 2009 in his leisure time while working as a P.E. 33 is the most reputable full-service property management firm in Chicago with the expertise to manage any property size with maximum efficiency. Drew concentrates heavily on company strategy, vision, infrastructure, and company culture.
3-time CoStar Power Broker, Sean brings his creative thinking and background in the law to derive solutions to complicated transactions. Joining 33 in 2014, the investment brokerage arm was formed and sales skyrocketed. Sean is excited to see 33 continue to expand into other markets to serve clients' interest in geographic diversification.
Eric spent 10 years in Corporate America at PWC before pursuing his passion in real estate. In 2012, Eric joined Drew and set out to build the fully integrated real estate services that are now 33 Realty & Cubed Construction. Eric focuses on business development, marketing, strategic joint ventures, and a real estate investment training platform.

Trisha began her real estate career in REO sales. Since joining 33 and holding various positions across the company, Trisha leveraged her detailed understanding of overall operations with her passion for organization and efficiency, to create step-change efficiencies and returns across the company and portfolio.

As a resident of four different countries growing up and experience in Deloitte Consulting’s Controller group, Nick brings a world of experience and expertise. Since joining 33, he's built a sophisticated team and financial operation for the management and maintenance business lines while overseeing all corporate budgets.

With a family background in real estate, Mary’s knowledge of property management is rooted in years of experience. She has touched on every aspect of apartment management, from maintenance to advising high-profile clients, and more. She effectively oversees operations, growth, and revenue company-wide.

Travis made a name for himself as the former SVP at American Homes For Rent. He has managed over 50,000 doors and built entire leasing and maintenance businesses. He’s a leader in business development and operating efficiency at Poplar.
